Shipping Options
We offer three delivery methods:
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Express Insured Shipping: 1–3 business days with full shipping protection
All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in Helsinki, Finland.
Estimated Delivery Times
Your order arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery time includes two phases:
1. Processing Time
Same-day processing for orders placed before 23:00 Helsinki time.
Orders placed after this cut-off are processed on the next business day.
Processing includes:
-Order verification
- Quality inspection
- Packaging
- Preparing the shipment for dispatch
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Finland: 1–3 business days EU Countries: 2–5 business days
- All orders are shipped directly from Helsinki.
Shipping Costs
Shipping within Europe is free, regardless of your order amount or destination.
Express and insured options may include an additional fee, displayed at checkout.
