Orders placed before 16:00 on business days are dispatched the same day, with delivery typically taking place on the next business day.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your jewelry within 60 days for a full refund. We simply ask that the piece is unused and returned in its original condition.

Bracelet Size – How to Measure Your Wrist

1. Take a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist, just below the wrist bone where you would normally wear your bracelet.
   
2. Make sure the tape sits snugly against your skin without squeezing.
   
3. Note the measurement in centimeters.
   

If you do not have a measuring tape, use a piece of string. Wrap it around your wrist, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler.

Tip:

For a close fit, choose your exact wrist measurement.

For a slightly looser fit, add 0.5–1 cm.

Ring Size – How to Measure Your Finger

Option 1: Measure a Ring You Already Own

1. Choose a ring that fits the intended finger.
   
2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters.
   
3. Compare the measurement with our size chart.
   

Option 2: Measure Your Finger

1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
   
2. Mark where the ends meet.
   
3. Measure the length in millimeters — this is your finger circumference.
   
4. Compare it with our size chart to find your size.
   

Tip:

Measure your finger at the end of the day when it is at its largest, and avoid measuring when your hands are cold.
