Theya Jewellery follows all applicable EU consumer regulations. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and defective items.
Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
For your convenience, Theya Jewellery offers a 30-day return period.
Return Conditions
You may return your order within 30 days without providing a reason.
To qualify for a refund, items must be in unused, resalable condition, meaning:
- The product is in its original packaging and has not been opened, or
- The item shows no signs of wear, use, or damage
- All original labels, tags, and protective materials must still be attached
- Items must not be altered, washed, or handled in a way that affects resale
Additional notes:
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Theya Jewellery does not provide prepaid return labels
- We do not charge restocking or handling fees
- Refunds are issued in Euros (EUR)
Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can provide the correct return address.
Refund Policy
Once your return is delivered and inspected:
- Refunds are issued within 14 business days
- Refunds are processed to the same payment method used at checkout
- Only the product cost is refunded
- Original shipping fees are refunded only if the product was defective or incorrectly
delivered

Exchange Policy
You may exchange your item within 30 days for a different model, colour, or size, provided that:
- The product is unused and in perfect original condition
- All packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- The item has not been worn, damaged, or modified
Exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Please contact us beforehand so we can secure the replacement item for you.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned following our standard return policy.
How to Return an Item
1. Email us at sales@theya-jewellery.com with your order number
2. We will send you the return address and instructions
3. Pack your item securely and send it using a tracked shipping service
4. Keep your return receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed
Defective or Incorrect Products – Warranty
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
All Theya Jewellery products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU law.
